Contribuisci feedbackI ordered the party pack and upgraded it to supreme as well as additional items. no sour cream was on my taco. I live 15 minutes away so I asked for a refund of the additional cost for sour cream: I think that’s fair. The manager got on the phone with a nasty attitude. Said listen I was on the line when this order was made and it had sour cream on all of the tacos. I said did you make all of the order and said no but I don’t appreciate you calling my employee and me liars. I said ma’am I’m looking at the taco she said well it must be under the sauces I said I am not here to be rude but you are very unprofessional. According to her they don’t have a corporate office so there’s no one to speak to. This is very poor customer service
Only drive through is open. Asked if I needed sauce, I said yes, hot please. Did I get any sauce, NO! It 's not taco Bell without the sauce. Of course I didn 't look in the bag until almost home. So pissed ?
Went during a busy time but the drive thru personnel did a great job getting everyone's order quickly. She spoke clearly and also double checked the order. Food was hot and she even gave me napkins a plus for me. Vegetarian options: I had the black bean crunch wrap and it was really good.
The ladies are always very sweet and efficient. The drive through door has a note on it about a 100 score on the health department test. And that's crazy to me being a taco bell. They always make a good quality product with everything evenly spread out. Your not taking bites of each thing. This is what every taco bell should be.
