So I ordered the Philly steak with cheese sauce and all sandwiches comes with fries. I also got lemonade and cheesecake. What do I get? A bun with hardly any steak on it smothered in BBQ sauce, hardly any green peppers, some onions and processed cheese slices. NO fries. Lemonade pouring out of the bag and the cheesecake. The sandwich was cold. I ate the steak with most of the sauce removed from it and threw the bun away. Then I made a complaint to Skip The Dishes about the order. At least Skip refunded me for part of my order. If this restaurant wants to get good business they need to learn how to make a proper Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and get their orders right at all times. Please live up to your restaurant name It's hard to find good Philly Cheesesteak in Toronto. Until or if that day ever happens I will never order from here again.
Ordered 3 steak subs with poutine thru skip late at night totalling 64.00 bucks. None of the subs were made as ordered. Couldn't even eat them! Tried contacting the business the following day only to discover that multiple numbers posted for this company are impossible to reach someone on. When I managed to reach someone and I explained that I was calling about my order the previous night , they hung up.The food here is not worth what it costs and they make it difficult to contact. Dont waste your time, try somewhere else!
Ordered Fried Chicken Waffles from Boxer's Chicken (Yonge Lawrence). That was a big mistake.I actually threw away half the sandwich. The chicken tasted like recently deceased platypus. It also inexplicably had mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, and onions when none of these things were listed as toppings on the app. The fries tasted like harvest festival rejects boiled in motor oil for 3 years. This is like the fyre festival of restaurants.
This is not an original Philly cheese steak the title is misleading. The meat was not enough and premade Subway style. The bun was of sub par quality and NOT a hoagie bun. They didn't even steam it or put it on the meat grease for flavor just came straight from the plastic bag. The onions were barely there and they were sauteed NOT caramelized. The Ceasar's had no bacon and the dressing wasn't even mixed with the salad. To put things in perspective, I prefer the McDonald's Ceasar's.... that's how disappointing it was.Terrible experience for $45. I will never order from this place ever again.
YIKES, this place is horrible. The sandwich bread is both to think and stale, I ordered poutine.. not fries with cheese in hot sauce, 5$ ceaser salad should not consist of mainly dressing. Lemon 7up is not ginger ale.. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This is disgusting.
