Samaka Mediterranean Seafood (scarborough)

What a joke this place is.I came here for two reasons.1. It was recommended by a friend of one of the owners mothers.2. User reviews were reasonable.And so today, I went with my elderly parents who love eating seafood and enjoy egyptian cuisine. Checked the hours on Google and saw that they were open from noon to 9PM.All of us were very disappointed to find the place closed at 1:30. No hours were posted nor a sign saying the place is under renovation. I came to find that out by having a man stand outside and explain that their are ownership/partner issues with this business.At any rate, we are not going to be coming back again, as these people do not care about their business

Had Alfredo pasta, grilled bream and seafood tajini. It was so good!

Went to Samaka middle eastern Resturant a week ago with one of my friends and it was both our first time. We haven’t had this kinda fresh middle eastern style sea food for a very long time. Like a decade or two. But it was delicious, awesom and even the fried pita bread that we requested was great. Service was amazing. Prices are great for the excellent quality. Appetizer was fresh calamari and our lunch was the two style fish you see in picture. I’m defenitky going back again for sure. Thank you for everything, will see you again soon.

The food is absolutely exceptional! The freshest seafood I have ever had in the GTA. The dishes are so flavourful and all freshly prepared. My family and I ordered multiple dishes and each dish was amazing. When you come here the seafood soup is a must try, the blend of flavours are unique and delicious. Portion size and pricing is also amazing. This restaurant is a must try. Mohammed and his team are the kindest people and have amazing service and hospitality. Everything about this restaurant is perfect.

Food is salty fish is good wait time is 50 mins to get the food dine in . And you have to serve yourselves this place is not for dine in
