Waitress was wonderful. Did not get her name. The lady at the register. Wore glasses. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. charging me $14 for a virgin pina colada. When approached she didn 't give me any eye contact what so ever. Had no concrete explanation about open food being charged on bill. This RUDE lady felt that answering the phones was more important than serving paying customers. Just horrible. Food was not that great. Came cold. No taste in fried fish and extremely overcooked. We drove alll the way from North Scarborough and was disappointed with the lack of respect and service received from the cashier lady. Again my mistake did not get her name. I’m so disappointed, I placed an order today of sancocho” which is a Dominican stew soup and I found an uncooked chicken leg in my soup. So disgusting. I also ordered plantains and they were soaked in oil. I used to go eat at the restaurant before and the food was good I don’t know what’s going on but definitely is not Dominican food anymore.
