I should have just said, please don 't call me n$gger equivalent, use another word instead, and just walked out. That 's what I 'll do in the future. But to be honest i got irate and called him a bunch of expletives before walking out. The staff is not too bad, you are the problem. People like that in general. I do not want to be abused like that in public anymore. But you call me this constantly, just buying groceries becomes impossible without you doing this. I beg you to stop and just let me live a normal life. You will NOT. Wheelchair accessibility: Acceptable.
Ordered a cilantro like chicken bowl and waited while the girl finished 3 DoorDash orders before mine. Then I watched her put my chicken into the microwave to heat it up. so much for the slogan “always fresh” . Then when I got home and ate the food the rice was completely undercooked and crunchy. I don’t understand how someone can mess up that bad.
Team, where is your management ? I ordered a Baegel today and I saw only one girl was making the eatable orders, rest 3 girls were assigned for taking the order making the beverages. Those 3 were standing free when there is nothing to do, they were not helping that one girl who was struggling with lot of orders. To the manager Very very poor management and team collaboration
I don’t know why I keep expecting good service from franchises but like many others it’s all about money. They messed up my order multiple times and had I a issue with a side of attitude about fixing my order, just got a refund instead.
No place to sit, all seats are occupied by delivery guys who just sit there and are not even customers. It's unfortunate because this location was just recently nicely renovated.
