Potbelly - Northbrook

I normally love Potbelly, but I had the worst experience today with a female employee. My sandwich was not completely cut in half and when I asked for a plastic knife to cut it myself, she said they didn't have any. Another employee tried to help, but things escalated quickly with them yelling at me in front of other customers. I was almost brought to tears, it was the worst experience I have ever had. I am truly embarrassed and disappointed.

My order is currently delayed and the restaurant is not answering their phone. I have tried all phone options with no luck. It seems like everyone is trying to pick up their orders but they can't get through either. I have to be back at school by 3, so if my order isn't ready soon, I'll be late.

The skilled and professional young man who made my chocolate Oreo milkshake at the restaurant today was exceptional. He deserves a raise for his outstanding service. He was also very friendly and courteous. Although I didn't catch his name, he was very patient with a customer who took a long time to order. I couldn't help but mention how incredible my milkshake was - it was like a piece of heaven in every sip!

This sandwich business is the best in town. originally was potbelly dandwich for so many, many years before the subway sandwich. potbelly is the original, this is the real, tasty, tasty in many healthy sandwich. potbelly is the best?
