Christine?s has the best gluten Free Carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese icing. I was amazed at how fast they woke up. Even with the ladies who told me they'd chew up to the party. I had an explosion to talk to them I am confident that my celiac friend will take them with all the precautions they have with their GF products especially when baking the?regular? Products.

Any gluten-free thing is frozen. so if you? after something gluten-free and fresh this is not the place to go. They just have to wait for it to defroze because they won it anyway. Not very friendly.

This place is great! Gluten-free heaven! I have never seen a gluten-free selection as extensive as this before. In addition to gluten-free products, gluten, there is also a large selection for regular bakeries. The owner is super nice and friendly and we would make a two-hour drive only for this bakery.

Great gem in the area, for such a small facility they carry variety of Italian treats. I was a little claustrophobic since the serving section very small. The cannolis is good, I got my fix for the craving, I got mine filled with plain ricotta cheese.
