Bob's Big Boy - Northridge

Only a strip-ball-belt joint play on a big name. Nothing like the location in Burbank. Better options out there. I gave 3 stars to waitress because she tried, but the person who sits us could take care less and reminded us to close them in 90 minutes...

This place is so dirty and old?.very strange yellow color on my chicken, my salad? not fresh

The only thing I liked was the salad. I liked it because of the cripples and dressing, it tasted good, so I expected very good burgers. I have an original big boy combo, it was like a big Mac, a double-decker burger with a red relish. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't very good either. The rolls weren't tortured and that's something I don't like, but I guess there are people who like it. The Speck Cheeseburger had a bigger patty and rolls It looked good at first glance, but it was honestly very good mix. We ordered it well, but we have a well-made, dry burger that seemed to sit there like an hour before our arrival, and the bacon looked very old. We also got a hot dog for my daughter, and it was just a simple hot dog, hadn't expected much anyway. I liked the fries when they came, they were crispy and good, but after a few minutes I didn't like them anymore, I think it was because of the experience we had with the burgers. I complained about it because there were no people at the time and no excuse for cooking our food was wrong. I spoke to the waiter and she told me she would tell them. After a few minutes she came back with my bill and said she gave me a discount that was 4 dollars. I didn't ask for free food, but expecting a better customer service because it's a famous place, it was our first time there and honestly she gave us food that she should have disposed of. I don't think I'll come back because I tried their most popular articles and they're not so good.

So disappointed that this situation goes completely downhill. I remember when it opened. Now the lights that illuminate the shield outside are only half the work, the cabin seats are all torn, and the register area looks like a swap meeting filled with children's toys. I had to ask our waitress that someone sweeps the floor because there were bones and debris on the floor. I was afraid someone would slip and fall. Countless employees just went by as if it wasn't even there. Our meal was exceptional and the service was great. What happened? I hope this place will return to its original glory. Shopping Center contains a fairly large target and Kohls shop.

Did a take out order. Waited 10 minutes before anyone went to the front counter. When I went to investigate 3 employees were standing in the back eating and laughing. I was so disappointed at how unkept it was. The doors and showcase were filthy, as were the partitions between seats. The counter held a place for the sale of shirts and they were just thrown there. Sloppy!!!!!! A little soap and water would do wonders. Who lets their front doors entering their business be filthy. Won?t go back.
