El Pollo Loco - Northridge

Although this location can get busy at times, the food is consistently delicious. I personally enjoy the chicken and avocado stuffed quesadilla, and the avocado salsa is a must—especially paired with the taco al carbon! If you're looking to cater a larger gathering, they also offer some fantastic options. You really can't go wrong with this place!

Today, I ordered the nachos, and I was disappointed to find that the portion was much smaller than the picture in the menu suggested. You could easily count the nachos on the plate!

I paid extra for a double pollo bowl, only to receive the same amount of chicken as in the regular bowl. It used to come with two pieces of chicken, but now there's just one along with some whole corn. It's really disappointing. I spent almost $9 on it, and it definitely wasn't worth it. Pollo Loco has really lost its appeal and isn't as good as it used to be. I won't be going back for a long time.

I want to express my frustration with the staff member who was working on August 29th between 8:00 and 8:30. When I arrived to pick up my food, I had to yell at him to hand it over to me right away. This experience was truly disappointing.
