I check flavors of the week every week, last week the carrot cake and cookies and cream was absolutely sinful. The Crumbl cookie weekly assortment is a great marketing strategy and Should never go out of business. My first visit here took longer than expected. It was crowded but I ordered ice cream on the app. After waiting 15 minutes, I grabbed a worker's attention. All they did was grab the ice cream out the freezer. It could've been a 30-second store visit. A week later, I came back and ordered ice cream again. This time, a rude worker handed me the ice cream without providing any silverware. They just walked away and didn't say anything.Update: I’ve been back twice and the service has improved. Much quicker times and friendlier service.

Super clean inside and omg the carrot cake cookie was the best thing I've had for a dessert in along time. I love carrot cake and I can never find anything that really resembles it but it was amazing! The Chocolate chip was also good! Totally gonna be back.

My go to cookie stop absolutely love trying their new weekly flavors that are always changing! Keeps it fun and interesting. I'm always impressed by how they can make so many different recipes and they always end up tasting incredible and on brand for them. My absolute favorite cookies thus far have been key lime pie, honeycomb, and coconut white chip! Also using their app to order ahead is so much quicker, you can order ahead and then let them know when you get there so it'll be ready when you walk in! The walk in ordering kiosk is pretty quick too though with a touch screen where you can add cookies to your box to checkout. They are so fast and efficient here! They do get busy weekends and weeknights after 6 so I would try to go before then if you can!

I've visited this location twice and both times they were very busy. The employees are refreshing. I was beginning to lose hope at finding ANY establishment that provided decent customer service. This location surpassed my expectation. I admit my bar was low. However, they were superb. The staff is very nice and helpful. The cookies are delish!! My new favorite place for awesome tasting cookies?
