Found this Restuarant through a Google search for good vegetarian restorations in Nuremberg. It wasn't dissapoint. I would describe it as a café atmosphere, but the food is definitely from restaurant quality, with an excellent vegetarian selection. It's about 5 minutes outside the walled city, but very easy to find.
