Never got food I paid 56 for on door dash then when I did pick it up the chicken don't even taste the same the food is very Bland now
Pulled up at 945 and everyone acted like they did not hear or see me…Location is very unprofessional and mismanaged…Will be contacting corporate
Always takes forever to get the food even when it's not busy. I've sat in the drive thru by myself for 5 minutes without them taking my order.
This will be my LAST time EVER coming to this location!!!!! I had THE WORST experience EVER in my 25 years of existence!!! NO EXAGGERATION!! The drive thru employee WAS SO RUDE and hope she gets FIRED for attempt to throw TRASH IN MY TRUCK!!! She was VERY VERY RUDE to me and to my family, we ordered our food and she was speaking too quickly and rushing us, we paid for our food and ate in the parking lot, we looked around the area to find a trash can and didn’t see any, so we thought maybe they could throw out trash away and if they can’t, it’s fine, no worries. We went into the drive thru and instead of her speaking actual words like ‘yes, how may I help you?’ Etc, no she said ‘HMM???’ We asked her kindly if she could throw our trash away cause we couldn’t find any outside. And she said and quote with attitude “NO!!” And tried to throw out trash right at us. WHAT THE HECK EMPLOYEE DOES THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMER???!!?? Very unprofessional, she could have said ‘no, sorry can’t do that’ but for her to yell NO and throw the trash and left it on the ground is absolutely 100% unacceptable. Who does she think she is?? I called the manager and said this situation and will call cooperate. Educate your employees to TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT! Customers are the reasons why those employees get money. So sad cause I love Bojangles but to get this treatment? I’d rather eat trash from the dumpster like a cat. I’d get good service there, that’s for sure.
