Taqueria Lou Lou - Nutter Fort

I really love this place, but lately we had so bad eating that I think I'm going somewhere else when we want Mexican. whoever you hired to run your kitchen is lazy. our last meal that we faced bean dip to start the sauce kitchen, sent a bowl cheese with a potted bean in it, more cheese then bonn and not mixed, my wife California burritos fell apart while trying to eat it because your staff did not cook the tortilla as it usually comes, my enchiladas were rolled up in meat. the half of the tortillas was naked and not drunk. I mean, come on, I'm white, and if I make enchiladas, I'll even saute my tortillas in the sauce before I roll them up. if they were muded, I would understand, but we were 1 out of 3 tables in there, our food came in 6 minutes, next time they take the extra minute to prepare for eating better. also it is disappointing that they have no real cheese in one of their dishes, only processed white aftero cheese on everything. you youngs were amazing once, we give them a try after a few months to eat Mexican food elsewhere, but if there is the same food that is prepared with no love or carefree for their customers, it will be our last. great margaritas, but 3 stars is an honest review for what comes out of their kitchen now.

After being disappointed recently with other Mexican restaurants in the area, we decided to try out this new (to us) restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food was great, hot and cooked exactly as we ordered. The service from the staff was great, our waiter was very kind and attentive. This will definitely be our new spot! The only improvement I could suggest would be adding what extras comes in certain dishes onto the menu, my fiancé didn’t know that his dish would have onions spinach (we’re picky) but it wasn’t a big deal at all. All in all, I recommend this place over other choices in the area.

They have AUTHENTIC Mexican, not just tex-mex even though that's on the menu too. Food is amazing and they have $1 mini taco's on Tuesday that are wonderful.

This has to be one of the worse experiences in my life. My man and I went to eat some food tonight. I ordered a chicken fajita. When the food came out, it was steak. I am allergic to beef and the waitstaff took it back to the kitchen immediately. By the time my food came back out, my man had finished eating. As I began eating, I noticed steak mixed in with the chicken. I immediately told staff and they said they would inform the manager. Our check was brought out and the fajita was still on it. I asked that it was taken off since it was incorrect the first time and the second time it was closer but a mistake was still made. The manager came out and spoke to us and I explained the situation. He then stated that he would take care of the bill for us. I told him that I wanted to pay for the food that we ate and he stated that it was fine. He then proceeded to tell us he was having such a good day today and he was going to just pay the bill in a very sarcastic tone. I asked one more time if he was sure it was alright and that we really could pay for what we ate. The manager said no and that he hoped I didn’t get sick, and I responded with “i hope I don’t get sick either” The next words from his mouth really got to me. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and rude this man was. His response was “we already wasted enough fajitas today”. He says this right to us as he’s about to walk away. It was not my fault that my order was completely wrong the first time and then after sending it back, it still managed to be messed up. I won’t lie, the flavor of the food was fine, the only issue I had is that I have an allergy to beef and there was steak in my food. Very highly unprofessional business owner in my opinion.
