Herring Choker Deli - Nyanza

While I was waiting for my sandwhich, a young couple entered the deli and looked around. It looked like they were ready to settle in and order when the woman told her partner that the place "wasn't fancy enough for her." Well, I don't know what her definition of fancy is, I can say, based on my experience at this deli that day, that everything about my visit was excellent. It may not be fancy to some but it is certainly cosy, cute, comfortable and decorated in a way that I think is perfectly fitting for a relaxing cafe atmosphere. The service at the counter was excellent, our food came quickly, it was delicious and we were even told by staff to take our time ever though they were closing shortly. I also have to mention that the prices seemed pretty reasonable for what we received and they had a great selection of music fitting the relaxing atmosphere of the place. I will definitely go back again!

The Herring Choker has great food, friendly service. I had the Caesar Salad wrap that was delicious.

Food is delicious, everything is so fresh and tasty. Employees are also incredibly nice. Would deffinitely recommend :)

Great place to stop when traveling. Quick,friendly service. Large portions. Sandwiches are wonderful as is the selection of baked items.

Delicious food, great people! If you happen to be travelling on the 105 and your belly is rumblin,' i definitely recommend stopping in.
