Carne asada is nicely flavored, tender and not too dry.. one taco is really like two street taco size?? only had onions and cilantroTostada de ceviche con camarones was just okay, the flavors are not memorable and would not come back for this cevicheMy husband ordered a margarita and was disappointedservice is nice, Spanish speaking only but we didn’t have any trouble:
Over priced and bad service, wanted to take the rest of my order home and they threw it out instead ????
Super authentic! The mariscos are fresh and delicious! We come here a lot for the camarones culichi! They serve you pretty fast and the outside dinning area is super cute!
This has been our go to neighborhood restaurant all through the pandemic, since they have a nice enclosed seating area reclaimed from the parking lot. That said, if you're driving leave the aircraft carrier sized ride behind unless you're going to park on the street, since the parking lot is now pretty narrow in a couple of places. But most importantly, the fish tacos. The grilled fish is actually kind of superior to the fried, which is surprising, but the bevy of toppings (lettuce, tomato, salsa verde, pink mayo) means that crunch is only there for a couple of bites, but the succulent texture of the grilled fish lasts all the way through. Maybe the best fish tacos I've ever eaten. It's not on the new menu, but they have kept serving their wonderful molcajetes rojas, which are pretty much my platonic ideal of molcajetes chips that keep their crunch, and thick, spicy sauce. The servers are always pleasant, but the inside gets pretty busy in the evenings, so you might have to go inside to pay.
