Taco Bell - Oakland

This location has really stepped their game up when it comes to the cleanliness of food! I get that it's a fast food restaurant but as somebody with dietary restrictions it's nice to know that my food isn't constantly cross contaminated. Right by my house been having messed up meals delivered for years when nothing else is open but lately it's been beautiful whatever is changed keep it up I'm grateful! 

Rolled tacos have no meat and are dry and hard crispy, like eating a rolled tortilla cardboard chips. Dont sub anything because IT WILL BE WRONG! Also they never give sauce

I got the 3 Crunchy Tacos Supreme Combo but the tacos were the small shells. The bottoms of the tacos fell out due to becoming soggy. Taco bell so the food doesn't arrive in great condition.

It says open.. and there are crews inside. It's 11:36am Sunday. I knocked and they just look at me. After 5 mins, a lady just signal me to go around. And I did, and there's no other door. Only to get it.. no dine in!!! And NO SIGNS on the door. I thoughtcovid restrictions are over? So what's the reason? It's ok if there were at least signs or anything that says no dine in

Don't bother with special requests for your food, drinks, or sauces, they'll 100% ignore them. What food i did recieve was decent, but customer service sucks. Drive thru only at the moment and the waits are often depressingly long.
