Vegan Tikka Masala - Oakland

Wonderful dinner. Chai and lentil soup were complimentary and the service was great. We sat on the patio out back and the ambiance was quirky, yet comfortable. One minor hiccup was the server mixed up the orders and although I ordered a mild chana paneer, I got my boyfriend 's 'hot ' and he got my mild. We also ordered garlic naan and it was killer. We will definitely recommend to our friends!

No more complimentary rice daal but it 's all good. The price is right. The patio is chill. My order could 've fed 2 people easy. Don 't let the 'vegan ' name fool you. The menu has vegan options as well as normal omnivore fare. Good stuff Maynard.

The entrance looks kinda dark. But I had yummy lamb saag with rice and naan. Tasty complimentary lentil soup and delicious chai. Nice chill colorful patio. Would totally recommend. Open for lunch.

It was thee best buttered mixed vegis I've had thus far in all 7 indian restaurants I've been to. Flavorful mixed chicken coconut, Perfectly seasoned and not spicy as I requested. Mango lassi could be better thou. Best mango lassi, hands down,(in my opinion)is Naan n' Curry on Salvio St in Concord.
