Noble Bistro - Oakville

The service from Sarah was outstanding! 5 star The warm bread with oil was amazing. 5 star The mushroom puree was delicious. 5 star But ... We were very disappointed in the main course One star nice moist chicken but nothing special, no flavour ... and wet flavourless potatoes and zucchini market vegetables. Way too pricey for something so bland and ordinary. You can do better ... match the mains with the rest and you 're 5 star.

My wife and I came in from out of town and found Noble Bistro through Open Table. The food and service we're optimal. Tim's honest recommendations suited our appetites perfectly. Would love to try the testing menu next. To rank our dishes (to best, and this is tough as all were delicious): burger, brussel sprouts, Caesar salad, sticky toffee pudding, short rib and scallops.

The best parts was dessert. Salad was ok, but chèvre was hidden and very little. Sandwich came on white toasted bread with small pieces of chicken, and with a few fries (which were extra) an embarrassing presentation. Did not send back since I invited a friend. Dessert made up for it. Not coming back.

It was our anniversary, the service was amazing, very personalized and our server was so knowledgeable. The food was unique, the flavours were so different and flavourfull. A very special dining experience. Loved it!

This is by far my favourite restaurant in Oakville. The food is always fresh and very good, the service always impeccable.
