Sat in the drive through speaker for 5 mins waiting for someone to take my order which no one did. Ended up going to McDonald's instead Service: 1

Always crowded, some items finished, but I love this branch , they need to be trained to be more professional. I suggest they add a new meals, for example the potatoes ships It's a smashed potato mixed with cheese or with filling meatballs Tim Hortons my favorite pla

They're so rude the kicked me out and called the police on me just because i asked a question.

Staff is rude, don’t know how to fulfill orders, and doesn’t take feedback positively instead show like they don’t care. The floor was quite dirty and no one to clean or show concern. Order Hot Chocolate with (specifically asked for) Milk for my son. And they just gave me normal one without milk. I told them and the store person just walked away ignoring me!!! Ridiculous!!!
