Barolino - Oberägeri, Fischmatt

I have been living here for almost a year and am very disappointed that Oberägeri does not have a good and inviting café that is open 365 days a year and where you can comfortably hang out. Even though I've been here, I won't be going back. The café is located directly on the main street next to the Coop. No matter what day I was here, I was greeted with an unfriendly expression by the ladies and half-heartedly served. If you are not a regular or sit further back, you will hardly be noticed. The atmosphere is not very inviting, the landlady prefers to sit with the regular guests and gossip about external guests, which is unacceptable. Unfortunately, many of their guests are like that too. I haven't tried the food enough, but the coffee is okay. People who are conservative and like to talk badly about others seem to feel comfortable in this café. I also always had to pay at the front counter because no one came. The only one who shows joy and passion at work is the innkeeper, who is very friendly and attentive.

Very good cuisine. Simple but good. Very good and friendly service. We will be back.
