Burger King - Ocala

Good customer service food hot and quick service. Way to go improvement is working out.

Mhmm , slow as hell, they say they hiring l, but I filled out 2 applications and got denied, they need help or I'm goin to coorperate

I was ticked for having to wait in line for longer than usual, but I give this restaurant 5 stars for workers hanging in there to serve us. A lot of restaurants are closing due to being short staffed, but the staff at this location was very pleasant despite the situation. The food hot and delicious, so overall I was pleased.

It will be a long time before I go to Burger King again just over the past couple years they have really gone downhill I need a better manager to manage how things are being run in the back for not being busy at all there was only one person in front of me nobody else in the parking lot but the employee car my French fries were cold my hamburger was cold and my shake was half melted totally disappointed good luck everyone that stops at this Burger King

Not sure why the lobby is closed for customers. not everyone has a car for the drive thru. pandemic is over, companies want to work less and calculate the same. sm
