Contribuisci feedbackI arrived at 11 am for lunch and was told that the restaurant was not yet open. When I asked what time they open, they informed me it was 11 am. I was confused by the conflicting information.
My friend and I ordered two slices of cheese pizza and paid nearly $13. We were given the last two slices of cheese pizza that appeared to have been sitting there since the restaurant opened at 10am. The employee tossed the pizza into the toaster oven, which was already disappointing. After sitting down and taking a bite, we realized the pizza was still cold. We returned to the register to inform the staff that the pizza was cold. They took the bitten pizza and put it back into the toaster oven with everyone else's pizza, which was unsanitary. When we asked for two fresh slices that had just come out of the oven, the manager became upset, stood in the corner without helping his staff, and began speaking negatively in Spanish, knowing that my friend understood. He outright refused our request. We asked for a refund and informed him that we would be leaving a negative review about the terrible customer service. He then offered us a refund and the pizza for free, but we declined. We lost our appetite after all the arguing, which could have been easily resolved. This place has really declined and needs to improve their service. The prices are high for pizza that we could get for less elsewhere.
