Last night we ordered the 2 medium pizza box and our breadsticks came plain and we ordered a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper that we never received even after the delivery man said he would go back and get it after his other deliveries. This was the last straw. After 2 years of wrong orders, you’d think the service would have gotten better.
Should have known to not order when the phone rang 5 times and someone at a “Customer Call Center” answered the phone and took my order. He assured me I could pick up my order in 30 35 minutes. I went to get it 35 minutes later only to pay and be asked to pull to a parking spot because my order wasn’t ready. When I asked how much longer it would be she said she didn’t know and they they hadn’t made it yet.....I said I was told 30 minutes and she said they only had two people working and a lot of orders. I asked for my money back and left. Not even an “I’m sorry” from the help.Such a shame that this was once one of the nations best locations now it’s a joke.
Rude help doesn't look the cleanest. Unfortunately the only Pizza Hut around.
I’m over it. Barely any sauce and cheese, might as well have ordered breadsticks. Past few times we’ve ordered pasta it’s not even a full proper serving. They also constantly forget parts of orders.
It is never open, it is always closed, one is going to be hidden and closed, it is better to remove it from there now.
