Chili's Grill - Oconomowoc

We are always so impressed with this Chili’s! It’s refreshing to walk into a restaurant and be greeted by friendly warm staff and quick service! This Chili’s goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are pleased. Our food was hot and delicious!

Was seated and waited 40 minutes without acknowledgment from the wait staff, while several other tables were seated after and helped immediately. Saw several staff members gathered and visibly talking about/gesturing to us without anyone coming over, eventually decided to leave and told the host that we hadn’t been helped. Would not recommend.

Busy, ok food, kind of expensive, the app was acting up so pick up was kinda a pain.

Waitress was polite, and fast service ,,those babyback ribs ?

Better than I remember chili's being, haven't been there in a very long time.
