I'm not sure what Connoisseur of Silver is, but this restaurant is called Ginji. The Shirashi Cheese Pizza is absolutely delightful. It's basically melted cheese with small raw fish on top, but it tastes incredibly delicious. The fish really enhances the cheese flavors. They also have other tasty dishes, mostly featuring fish. If you're interested in trying whale meat but unsure how to go about it, this restaurant will guide you through the process. Their English menu, typos and all, will still ensure you receive exactly what you're looking for.

ご案内及び注文対応をしてくださった女性店員の方の元気ハツラツさに感動。一日の仕事の疲れも吹き飛ぶ感じ。ありがとうございました。 座敷（小上がり）は堀ゴタツ形式で座るのも楽でした。 オススメのマグロはとても美味しかった！ あと、ホタテのバター焼きも安定の美味しさですね。 魚民と同じタブレット注文なので分かりやすくて良かった！ 生ビールのサイズ感は少し小さい気もするけど、飲み放題のプランもあるから問題ないですね！ あー地元にも出来ないかなぁ…。

From what I remember, it was pretty underwhelming even compared to other late night izakaya.

New Year's Eve 2019 at Wchi's Edward was a feast like no other. The variety of seafood dishes was impressive, but what surprised me even more was the extensive menu filled with delicious options. There was a wide selection of drinks to choose from, ensuring that you could enjoy them without getting bored. I highly recommend trying the Coco Spa, where you can enjoy 5 hours of all-you-can-drink. I would definitely come back here to enjoy a seafood-focused Izakaya experience at a reasonable price.
