Subway - Odessa

This place is terrible. I feel so bad for the ones they have. this place is always out of everything. the owner is terrible and tears the people from there. I can't believe that subway allows this franchiseee to stay in business. It's a pity in you underground. brot stale, never fresh, from everything. where are the subway inspectors?

This is sad. It really take an effort to miss up a subway sandwich.

It is currently 7:58pm and they said they are no longer making sandwiches even though everything is still set up and they are just sitting at the tables and the hours of operation say til 10PM. If I could give no stars I would. I will be calling the BBB

Extremely slow...was double charged because they dont know how to work register. Where is corporate?

The dining experience was underwhelming and the staff seemed unfamiliar with the new payment system, which was unable to scan the items, resulting in the inability to process payment.
