Zeppe's Italian Ice Ogden

We have gone here 5 times now. they have messed up at least one item on every single order. Today we went and had to wait almost 40 minutes because they kept messing up a simple order. ended up coming to our car 3 times just to ask if they got it right. Then I check my account and I see a charge for $28. we ordered 3 gelatos and two pretzels. should not be $28.

My husband and I love zeppes it is our go to date night! The most delicious Italian ice.

Ordered and waited 35 minutes for one gelato, while several customers who came in after me received theirs, are and left. I Reached out to an employee, said “I’ll go check” waited an additional 10 minutes and still nothing happened. Asked for a refund.. took an additional 10 minutes. 55 minutes for one medium gelato and left empty handed. Not impressed. I had left a $5 tip as well.

My kids always request Zeppes whenever we want a delicious treat. Their custard is amazing and their authentic Italian ice cream is smooth and flavorful. We especially enjoy when they combine the custard with the Italian ice. I believe they call it gelato, and it is delicious!

We had a great experience at Zeppes on Friday, August 14th. The staff was amazing, especially the order taker we had - she had a fun and friendly personality. We even tipped her $5! The managers are always on top of any issues that may arise. The Friday night staff was fast and very friendly. A big thank you to Zeppes' management and employees for consistently making our visits so enjoyable!
