If you want big, cheesy, overloaded, stuffed-crust pizzas, this probably isn't for you but if you want the best tasting, best made pizza in Adelaide, this is definitely it.(I wish that I could make pizza bases like that).The house made casalingo is to die for and every pizza I've had from here becomes a new favourite.And forget Uber, use their own app to order and you get a larger, better menu. Took a little while to arrive (it was a Friday night so you have to expect it), and they threw in a free tiramisu to say sorry (no need). It was just as good as the pizzas!I want to give these guys more stars, but technocracy forbids it.This is an absolute gem of a pizzeria, smack in the heart of what can sometimes be a culinary wasteland.

My partner and I had ordered 2 pizzas (Pepperoni prosciutto), the garlic bread and a drink between 6pm-6:30pm.We waited until 8:45 for it to be delivered, with complications involving the app saying it had been delivered when it hadn't and getting and E-mail to the same affect.When we opened the pizzas, we were greeted by a very disappointing site. The pepperoni's base was undercooked, soggy and still stretchy, necessitating us to crack out the old pizza stone and re-cook the pizza (it's still in the oven now cooking)It had so many mushrooms in the centre and none on the outer rim near the crust. The mushrooms were also undercookedThe Prosciutto pizza had the base barely cooked, but the Prosciutto was soggy, under-prepared and no taste. We're chucking that one in the oven with the pizza stone after to get it betterBoth my partner and I are thoroughly disappointed with this and will never order from Bianca's again.If anyone wants proof of our claims, we will happily share photos.Do not order from Bianca's if you value your tastebuds or your stomach.
