Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburger Restaurant

Drawn by the drive approx. 8:30 P.M. on 8/21/22. terrible service! first, the lobby has already been closed when the lobby is not closed until 10:00. Secondly, we get in the drive-dru line to order, and there is another vehicle in front of us at the loudspeaker. after about 5 minutes, the vehicle was unordered. I moved to the red and soon discovered why. the person with the headset sat in his car behind us. he singed some rap song and cursed. then he said he was on the phone. this was after I said “Hello” twice to get his attention and he ignored me. After I said, “You know that I can hear you,” he came out of his car and began to go back to the load. he asked me what I wanted and I started to order. he said, “That’s a bet, is that all?” I asked for a baked potato and he said they were outside. that is when we decided that we do not want to order our money there and pay for the terrible service. they do not even close by 12:00 at night. in any case will not go back.

All the workers were high and have made our whole order wrong and kept us fighting with us that they were right! we also didn't get all the drinks we ordered and they kept our debt card for good 25min. it took 45 minutes to get through the trip.

They drive thru is incredibly slow unless they come in off-peak hours. people will be met or missed when it comes to customer service. the dining room is not open, even if the hours suggest differently. in the image this circular line on the wound body is a fairly long hair. the manager offered to remake at least the burger. that's the only thing that saved this from a star.

The lobby was locked so that we had to wait a long time in the drive. there were people and children sitting inside so not sure why it was locked. when we finally got to order, they were from what we came for. Why are the lobbies still closed? we wasted so much time!

Ordered online, they couldn’t fulfill my order because there “were only 3 of them” most stores have to stay open and work with only one employee. Three should be more than enough. Took my money and I won’t get it back for several days, I’m 7 months pregnant and fully not in the mood for people getting paid to do nothing and take money. My partner is a manager at a fast food restaurant and works all night most night by himself, 3 is full staffed for him and they are never backed up and make everything made to order. Just goes to show how some people “work”
