Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Olathe

Eating is always good, but I wouldn't waste her money on a drink. in the grunde was the entire soda fountain (in the lobby and behind the theke) and the Hawaiian punsch was only sirup and it didn't matter to them. no signs were pointed out that the drinks were out and how they did it was for one. the manager also had an appointment when we asked about the drinks.

Great taste and very friendly service. Would be a 5 star if not for how small Popeyes chicken consistently is at most locations. Chicken legs are always 2X smaller than KFC, Churches etc. this piece was 3x smaller. Shockingly small for the same price other places charge. Almost like ordering a Buffalo wing at bdubs ?

This location did not include a meal from my order and I had missing sides. This is not the first time from this location that they have not included something from my order. Then when we tried to call to get ahold of someone to get a refund, the phone continued to ring then hung up with no answer. We called a few times with the same outcome, and they were not busy as the parking lot was empty.

I ordered 4 chicken sands 2 regular and 2 spicy! Paid $21.00. I got 1 spicy sandwich and a kids meal!!! There were only 3 people in line at 5pm. I did not check the order until I got home. I don’t live in the city, so I could not just go back.. very disappointed!!

Sadly like most chain restaurants it depends on the management and I’ve noticed that Popeyes have poor management in comparison to other chicken places. Todays experience was my last time going to this location after I pulled up at the drive-through and waited five minutes as I could hear the employees talking through the radio. I said hello and then they said hello back in an unprofessional way and I ordered with no response. I decided just to not order anything and wait in the drive-through and just drive off next-door to the canes chicken. A lot better customer service there , with a way faster drive through .
