The White Oak Tavern

Truly enjoyed this experience. We were seated outside which was very nice. The service was outstanding. Checked in appropriately but not overbearing. Food came out timely. Drinks were excellent and all the food we had including desert was very very good. Great presentation and flavors. Excellent variety on the menu but not saturated with selections. The food alone is worth a return.

Enjoyable premium bourbon selection, burgers very good, shrimp starter good as well. But my wife had a beer and we believe it made her ill. Could not have been her burger because we had the same burgers at the same time.

We sat at the bar. The gentleman serving us seemed like he could care less if we were there or not. He barely spoke to us. The woman, who joined him, was bubbly and kind. Too bad she wasn't our full time server.

It was a girls day brunch. The food was fantastic. Our server was very good very nice and very attentive. My only issue was with the music. The acoustics in your restaurant are not very good with regard to the noise level and having a jazz band made it difficult to talk unless we talked at a louder volume, which is what other tables were doing, which just made it very loud. I'm not sure I would return at a time when you have live music so I will need to keep an eye on your website to avoid the live music. 

We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Our server was good and the food was great. My husband was extremely pleased and he ordered the brisket stroganoff. The general manager came over to check on us. It was our first time and we would definitely come back.
