If I could give negative stars, I would. The restaurant smelled strongly of pinesol.

The staff is friendly, the decor is decent, and the steak is very good. All of our dishes arrived correctly and hot. The stuffed potatoes were delicious. We will definitely come back again.

The restaurant had excellent food, attentive service, reasonable prices, and a clean environment. The chef and owner were friendly, as were the staff members.

RC's is a good restaurant attached to the Blue Yak hotel in Olds, Alberta. My wife and I went their for our 36th wedding anniversary. We were received by one of the owners, Rob, who made our evening a special one. He was very attentive to our needs and provided a good overview of the menu. My wife had the New York Strip steak and I had the Surf and Turf special with a hand-cut 8oz ribeye steak with a small lobster tail. Both meals came with soup or salad, small red baked potatoes and warm garlic bread. I liked the red baked potatoes because they were just the right size. My wife's steak was ordered and served medium while mine was medium rare. They were flavorable and tender. We received a slice of chocolate mousse and of the vanilla creme cheesecakes as a special treat. Again, both were tasty and enjoyable.

Their steak and seafood is amazing. very tender steak and the seafood(lobster) was very sweet. great place to go if you want a quiet but elegant dinner
