The crust is deliciously crispy. Make sure to add a bag with freshly rubbed buffalo Mozzarella cheese to your pizza. People come from all points of the tri-state area (and beyond) for Patsy's pizza. You have a great product. The place is extremely busy. It looks like a hive. If you go thru Wheeling on I-70, be smart, do yourself a favor, get Patsy's pizza. fyi . . at the time of this review, the original Patsy is still alive, approaching 90 and still the King of West Virginia Pizza! PS: It is notorious that in 2022 Robert Downey Jr will go the catering service of the film during the filming in Pittsburgh PA and bring Patsy's pizza back to the filming location. Probably.

Still the best pizza! We live in Florida now and bring a suitcase with coolers in it so that we can bring pizza back to the plane when we visit! Ohio Tal Symbol, sure!

Okay, some people say, man, I want a good pizza here for people on the national rd. Wheeling You can call to pick up nativity page or just sit in the game in the car pulling a person will go to take your order, then they will bring it to you even if its rains do not worry they have pizza is always good, but if u dont like sauce make sure that u say light on the sauce... But something I love is almost every time you get an extra piece as long as you order more than five;

The pizza is unique and can understand why locals love it about others, but it's nothing about it. Customer service is relaxed and the hours are strangely limited.

Oh boy, where do I start? The pizza reminds me of a bagel bite, it is absolutely fantastic. The staff was very kind, and fast too! I wasnt even hungry, but I am glad I tried it out!
