Rai Rai Ken - Omaha

This ramen is the lightest I've ever had! Typically, you'd expect to see a layer of oil or fat, but the broth is still flavorful. It's a shame that I'm still recovering from a cold, otherwise I would have finished the entire broth. The noodles are thin and springy, which pairs perfectly with the broth. The TanTan Men was a delightful surprise, with heavenly flavors of vegetables and soybean soup, topped with slices of Chashu. The dish exceeded my expectations and I would love to return to try the Shio Ramen and Seafood Hot Pot Ramen. In addition to the delicious food, the service was quick and efficient. The restaurant is small, but I didn't have to wait in line when I visited for lunch around 1 pm on a Saturday. I would definitely come back to try the Premium Ramen if I'm in the area.
