No big deal and no points were knocked for that. The person who did serve us was kind even when rushed and super busy. Food: The philly cheesesteak eggrolls are a must have. They were absolutely delicious. The ribeyes though, those were merely okay. I like my steak medium well and it was definitely more on the well done side. My wife got medium rare and it was a tad too rare. Outside of that, the quality of the meat was just meh. Brother Sebastian's has a better steak for sure. This was our first time, and while I didn't hate the food, I didn't absolutely love it either. It's one of those places where I wouldn't choose to go myself, but I wouldn't be mad if I had to meet someone there for food.
We did our annual Christmas eve dinner and were very satisfied. Steaks done to perfection. Outstanding server. Had reservations and were seated on time.
I fell in love with Firebirds back in 2015, they never cease to amaze me. Staff is always so friendly, food is always done to perfection.. and the bread is probably my favorite part. Steak was absolutely phenomenal... aged and marbled all the way through the cut. My daughter even got a sirloin steak and she was extremely impressed with it. She's 8, but knows good beef!
Service was fantastic!! Brunch Steak was cold (Sat too long, brunch items were great but just over the top trying. A nutritionist 's nightmare so called breakfast potatoes were like it if a Sam 's club bag- come on... I 'd recommend this place any day for dinner. They need to rethink what they are doing for brunch.
We have enjoyed all of our experiences at this establishment so far. Good drinks, service food.
