O Casual Dining & Lounge - Omaha

The restaurant seemed terrible. Our party gathered at the bar in front of the restaurant and spent the first 30-40 minutes waiting for other people in our party. We've never been offered drinks. We asked for drinks a few times, but the servers were too busy and never came back to us. The restaurant was only 1/3 full. The server took too long to get to our table and take over our orders. We ordered an appetizer, but we never received it and were not charged for it. Half of our party did not end orders and leave because of the time it took our server. The food was actually quite good, but the experience would have been much better with better service. The restaurant lost many drinks and food orders because they were not ready for business.

Right. Some articles were good. I wouldn't go back there.

Loved every bite and the atmosphere is so cool. As good as ever.

Food is excellent. Mongolian beef had more than just green onions and was not too saucy. The hot braided chicken was slightly baked and spicy.

The atmosphere, staff and food were exceptional. When we walked in the atmosphere felt calm and relaxing. I am usually a bit of a picky eater the food was so wonderful that I wanted to go back the next day. When being served the food came out quickly and the waiter was polite and not overly courteous.
