Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe - Omaha

The food and service at this location is great but we?ve had now two bad experiences with pick-up orders. Went in to pick up an online order that was supposed to be ready within 10 minutes but it wasn?t ready for thirty minutes. All the while, staff kept fulfilling walk in orders. Please don?t say an order will be ready in a certain timeframe if you cannot stick to it. Earlier this year, I was asked to wait in line to pick up an online order during a busy time. Please

Very good food. I love the ?big tuna?. The best thing though, is that the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We have a puppy, and we took him along with us inside of his carrier bag. The staff at Picklemans didn?t have a problem and allowed us to eat. That was awesome, and I was glad they were so accommodating. Service was amazing! They are super friendly and are honest about which options to try.(food wise) I think the grilled cheese should probably be taken off the menu. Only because it?s not a grilled cheese but similar to a grilled cheese. Maybe it?s how Nebraska makes grilled cheese???????????. Can?t go wrong with pizza and their chips tho!

Good food, fun environment, friendly staff. And not overly priced.

Really good food, helpful, friendly and amazing staff!! We got the Asiago pizza and it was so tasty!!
