That was my second time at the Wild Wings Cafe. I loved it. I love the atmosphere and I love how the waitress waited for us. She was so polite and she had a good attitude. I would also like to thank you. We went to my niece on August 18th. I would recommend Wild Wings Cafe to others.
HANNAH was our server. She was more with her friends at the table behind us. She kept bringing them drinks and sat with them. They came after us and got their food before us. She was very inconspicuous and never asked for refills. We waited for over an hour for 2 orders from 10 wings and 3 chicken pliers. She brought the check and advised the manager gave us a discount because of the long wait. When we looked at the receipt, it was a military discount for 10%. Well... fun fact that my husband is a veteran and never knew that was even offered. There were a lot of servers that work very hard and run around. We were in town for a baseball tournament and I made sure that all 14 families warn, this restaurant because of the service we hold back. I understand that staff is a problem, but the others did not serve with their friends and constantly brought them drinks from the bar. The food was okay. Nothing special and my food was warm, not hot.
Of 4 allegedly different types of wings, only one sentence had every sauce on it. The rest was as simple as possible. Friends were pretty good. No very big cocktail menu.
We enjoy Wild Wing Cafe; however, I would use caution if ordering the $15.99 (doesn't include drinks) wing bar. It seemed like a wise purchase with two teenage boys in tow; however, the bar was consistently short of wings and fries for our entire visit. There was plenty of salad. When I asked the manager, Yolanda, about this, she stated it takes at least seven minutes to cook the wings and when a table of workers come in, they can run out of wings quickly. While that is plausible, it wasn't the case for our visit. There was never more than one person at a time at the bar and that's because there was never enough food out. I recommend ordering from the menu instead.
