Auntie Anne's Pretzels - Orange

I took my five-year-old niece to a restaurant, and when she asked for a drink, I purchased a pulp with my debit card. I also asked for a cup of water for her. However, Maritza, the staff member, refused to give me a lid for the drink and insisted that I had to ask in a specific way for her to give me one. I shouldn’t have to explain myself when I make a purchase. Since she wouldn’t help me with the lid, I requested a refund, but she said that wasn’t possible and then called security on me for simply asking about the lid. I left the place without the drink or my money. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I will never return to this establishment.
