El Pollo Loco - Orange

I love El Pollo Loco in general but this time the chicken in all of our meals was very overcooked and very dry. I tried the Keto Burrito for the first time. Only 11 carbs apparently! It was enjoyable eating a burrito again, since I 'm low carb, I usually only get chicken or one of the salads. I like that they offer low carb options! The burrito was pretty good.. except for the dry chicken. Another disappointment was that the avocado salsa is different. It 's thinner and it 's WAY TOO HOT. All the salsas seem less tasty overall and all much hotter than in the past. There used to be fresh cilantro in the pico salsa. There 's very little taste to it. The new cauliflower with cilantro side was also lacking. The picture showed actual cilantro in it, but it was completely white with no evidence of cilantro. It was very bland. Restaurant was clean and service was efficient but a little slow. (We ordered inside). There were a few people eating inside but the drive thru was busy.

I love EPL but stick to chicken I tried the Birria box felt more like a Jack in box 2 taco deal without the price . Where was the beef . I dipped mostly a Fried tortilla with cheese . Wast full box too. Not worth the 9 bucks or even 6 dls. Does t look anything like the advertisement

Drive-thru was busy so we decided to go. The guest waited for someone to take the order there, after a few minutes someone came to help us. We have two 2-piece chicken flours that burned chicken. My biggest problem was the cleanliness of the table was dirty and the soda machine had so many fly

Went there to eat inside, was craving a chicken salad which would have been ok if the place had been cleaned. Unfortunately for me and my friend, we had to clean a table to eat at because all the tables were very dirty. I asked the staff to please clean a table and they said they were short staffed and completely ignored me. It was very difficult to enjoy my food when every where I looked, was filthy. The floors were horrible, the soda area, the chairs, everything! I felt sick to my stomach, not from the food but the area that was so dirty. I'm not exaggerating! I think this location should be closed!!!! I'm sorry i didn't think to take pictures. I will go back to take a picture because that kinda dirty was not from not cleaning for just a while.

Don?t come here unless you want 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get the wrong food (definitely check the bag before you go!!! simply not worth going to miguel?s jr over the street! much faster way better!!!
