Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Excellent customer service. All the staff are friendly and professional. Food was great. Highly recommend.

I paid for 4 extra sauce. I received 2. This is literally the third time in a row my sauce has been shorted. Sauce matters. Attention to detail.

Ordered wings cooked hard and grilled Zalad.I even told them I would wait for the extra time and park on the side so they would have enough time for the extra time. Got home and the wings were regular wings or what I call soft the salad was fried. Called the store talked to Ashley and she said manager was not there but she could call me. Things got heated on the phone so I’m back at the restaurant. The manager Amanda was polite but she was not happy. Careful if you order hard cooked wings. You’ll have to make a extra trip

Perfect chicken tenders and cheese and bacon. Salads are awesome especially the chicken tender salad presentation is impressive. Awesome manager. Line cooks awesome. Great drive thru. All around perfect score. Now let's play ??Parking: Open space to park vehicles.

Were done for awhile. Every time we use the app something gets forgotten, usually the sauce. Last night my son stopped and got us all dinner. All sauce forgotten, He ordered a large fry with his yet his meal had less than the other 2 meals, lettuce on my sandwich was brown. We have been going to this location for over 10 years and it has nothing but went down in the last 2 years.
