My husband and I decided to stop by this restaurant for lunch and ordered two roasted paninis. I opted for the pizza instead. The service was not very friendly, almost robotic. It seemed like the young girl making the paninis would have rather been somewhere else. We had to ask twice for the salad to be included and when the paninis were finally taken out of the grill, they were left on the floor. After waiting at least 10 minutes for a fresh one, I realized that the salad was only a few yams. The young man working there on weekdays was friendly and attentive, unlike the older staff member. Despite mentioning to the girl at the register that the atmosphere could be happier, she simply smiled. It seems like the older staff member's attitude may be affecting the overall experience at this establishment.

Such a bad customer service of the 2 girls who served me and my family yesterday (9/6). I felt like I was just a big inconvenience. to round it off, my brot was not cut right so that half of my sandwiches had fallen before I even began to eat. it can't be hard to be polite to a customer?

Vegetarians can always get a good healthy fast meal at Subway. You can choose your type of bread, if you want it toasted or not and what vegetable fillings you prefer. Great option for travelling or a quick and inexpensive lunch
