Mcdonald's - Ord

This Mcdonald is a disgrace. Go to drive through and manager out side smoking. Line all the way around the place. Mite just be my personal opinion but when Misty was Manger she cared about customers. They do not care no more. The owner and his son has no clue how to run it or even treat the workers. If I worked at Mcdonald in Ord I probably wouldn't care either. (This location is closing as of 8/30/2015)

Not a bad McDonalds for a small town. Small town fast food, I give a few extra bonus points. No you will not get lightning fast staff, but at least the facility is HERE in the middle of nowhere. It's not a run-down McDonalds, minus the restrooms, but I guess I am happy it is here on the way up to the northern parts of Nebraska

Long wait when there were only 4 other customer in the store. Patrons waiting at register to be served without even a hello or sorry for the wait .

We have stopped here on our way back and forth from our cabin further north for years. Every year we decide to try it again to see if somehow it has improved. It is without a doubt the most consistently awful McDonald 's either of us have ever been to in Nebraska. Understaffed with pitifully slow service, employees who are poorly trained, an interior of the restaurant that is not clean and food quality that is really bad. A sign this year (2014) says under new management but it hsn 't gotten any better.
