New Star (88 Cafe) - Oregon City

We heard there were new owners and decided to try. Super pleased with our whole experience. We were seated right away. They had great lunch specials, my hubby had sweet n sour chicken and I had green bean chicken. Both were tasty and fresh. Good portions. We even got egg flower soup and hot tea with our meal. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. Will definitely try again.

The 88 cafe in Oregon city has changed ownership and the food is awesome and prices are fair. The quality of the food is 5 star. My opinion if your in the mood for Chinese food try this place first you won't be disappointed

We have been searching for a good Chinese restaurant in Oregon City for years. We may never be able to go anywhere else. The best egg foo young I have ever had. The noodles the everything. Absolutely the best!!!!

I pick up takeout here a few times a month. The tonkatsu ramen is pretty good was a bit salty once but it hasn't happened again so maybe just a bad day for the cook which happens to the best of us) and the orange chicken and the general tso's is tasty I'll dine in next time to see if the people talking about bugs are just angry Karen's everything I've got from them has been perfectly clean so far

Very disappointed in our takeout tonight. We all 3 had sweet and sour chicken with multiple pieces have not chicken at all. Yes, we cut them up after the first one and we're astonished. Fried rice almost no flavor. Kung Pao was bland. The whole meal was unfortunately not worth the $15.95 each we paid. We had high hopes. Not worth the time. Staff was nice. Ordering was easy. Food was ready on time. Just bad food.
