Maverik Adventure's First Stop - Orem

I waited in the air-conditioned car while my husband filled up the tank. It was quite warm outside, and there were a lot of people at the gas pumps, making it feel like rush hour with high prices.

We just had an amazing experience at this Maverik! Sarah, one of the staff members, noticed my daughter spill her milkshake and kindly said, “That’s okay, sweetie. Would you like another one?” She then took the time to clean up the mess herself and was so friendly and helpful to us. This is what customer service is all about. Thank you, Sarah, and the rest of the outstanding staff. Give this wonderful woman a raise—she truly deserves it!

I really enjoy visiting Maverick; it's a great spot! They recently added a new truck and RV diesel fuel station, which makes it super convenient for parking. There's plenty of space, so you don't have to deal with the traffic from smaller cars. Plus, they offer a variety of big, tasty food options that are quick and easy, just like other locations.

When I asked about a bag, she pointed to a box with bags, so I had to pack my own stuff that held the line. I had always bagged my stuff from the staff without hesitation and in any case would have gone to the bag, but I bought alcohol and according to Utah State Law, all alcoholic beverages are required to be bagged. Store was closed and under construction at 5o?clock on a Tuesday. No signs on pumps and pumps did not take cards. I?ve tried six credit cards on these pumps and none of them work. Would be nice to at least have a sign on the pumps that says closed if the store is actually closed. Get it together manager
