I booked this reservation in the week before our trip, as we had a party of 10 and it was important that we come together as we all traveled from different locations. I received a confirmation and even a reminder by email. as it happened, on the afternoon before the reservation a few of our employees wanted to consider the menu for the restaurant. unfortunately we found through this search that the restaurant closed. ! we are not sure what happened, but a cursorous search of the internet found that this restaurant was no longer in operation. we were not informed in any way by open table. we had an impossible time to find a restaurant to accommodate us this evening. Unfortunately, I can no longer familiarize open table with my planning requirements and must go to the future directly through restaurants. there must be a procedure for these types of situations. I will not be back to this website.
Only two hours before dinner in the 2 chefs seafood oyster bar, we found out by a friend that it was permanently closed! her website does not mention that. we were still in the position to receive a reservation via open table and receive email / text confirmations. this restaurant must be delisted for reservations via open table.
Was closed when we visited our booking from the business
The place was closed and never identified that it was closed. Very poor system and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
I find it interesting that OpenTable helps you make reservations for a place that is CLOSED! We arrived 15 minutes early and were completely surprised, to say the least. THEN, we had to find an alternative venue, and ultimately decided to travel completely across town to each at one of our regular places that is not even on OpenTable. A MUCH better choice in the long run, but very disappointed in OpenTable, to say the least.
