Boston Pizza - Ottawa

I've been to a number of Boston Pizza locations and consistency/quality is not often prevalent from location to location. I've actually boycotted one specific location because of the food quality. That was not the case for my most recent visit to Boston Pizza (2nd visit to this location). My colleague and I were pleasantly greeted, escorted to our booth immediately and offered drinks to start. Both drinks were delivered expeditiously and our food orders were taken. Our waitress was polite, offered menu suggestions and the order she placed was 100% accurate. I will always have one item changed or removed when ordering to ensure wait staff are actually listening. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Club and it arrived hot, exactly as ordered and was accompanied by fries that were hot, crisp and not overly salted. Overall a great experience at this Boston Pizza location and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great drop in for lunch or dinner. Good service . We have become regulars for their pizza and sandwiches. Staff know us and service is always good. Regrettably the Chain has dropped some of our favourite items but replacements still fine. Great TV for sports .

When to boston pizza with some friends of mine and we had a fantastic time! Laughs drinks and great food on the patio! The couches are very comfortable and the service is great as well! Very accommodating and friendly staff!

I have been a patron of Boston Pizza for years, visiting locations in various cities.

It wasn't a bad experience for a birthday party...but it took ages to get the food and bills organized. When I go out I want speed. It took a friend putting on his coat to get his bill.the food was alright...but not wonderful. Mediocre but passable night overall
