The chef graciously accommodated guests with dietary restrictions by providing substitutions. The owner personally introduced each dish, which was served by the friendly and attentive staff. The dining room was beautifully decorated with authentic Indian artwork. Additionally, there was ample parking available. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Butter Chicken, Lamb curry, tandoori chicken were all excellently prepared. Lots of choices for vegetarians. Desert was good as well. Yes the naan is extra. Price for lunch was reasonable.
A friend and I decided to have lunch at the East India Company buffet. I had never been before, but since I love Indian food, I was excited to try it out. I was pleased with the elegant and spacious atmosphere, fantastic service, and wide selection of delicious dishes (especially the Butter Chicken). The prices were reasonable, and overall it was a great dining experience. My only complaint, although minor, was that the background music was a bit too loud. I would definitely go back and recommend the EIC to my friends and family.
Worst buffet, there spread was good had too many main course dishes but very less starters. Nothing taste good. It was a total waste of money.. they don't even give Naans with buffet that's additional charges.. will never go there again.
This was by far the worst food I have ever had from an Indian restaurant (and we frequent them often!). We spent $50 on two meals which ended up in the trash. We rarely waste food, so this was a first for us. The chicken 65 dish was terrible - the meat was dark, chewy, fatty, and just inedible. The texture was grainy and dry. The Paneer Muglai was bland and lacked flavor. The salad was wilted and came without any dressing, so we had to throw it out as well. One of the naan breads was too crisp to eat, but the other was passable. The only decent thing was the rice, but I suppose it's hard to mess that up. Definitely avoid this place!
