We order steak we confirm that we need it, we will do, please and thank youngs bring it pink ****, when he needs returned half an hour to bring it back while he red wine and salat with speck on it very bad really disappointing

The service from our server Maritsa was excellent, and the steak was very tasty. The beer selection was also enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience.

We were delighted with the fantastic beer and exceptional meal at this restaurant. The steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was prompt, and Maritsa was a delightful server.

The half of the wee was “not available”. one of the best known beers was sold out. the waitress was unclear. the service was sloppy and slow. eating is at best mediocre. the restaurant was almost empty, so no life at all. they are way better to spend their money in one of the other 5 deposits in lansdowne. jack astor is the worst of all.

A frustrating return to this location chose it for an opportunity to sit on a patio at Lansdowne, paid for it in more than one way. Service was slow, steak chewy. In a new twist, the place started charging for extra fajita trimmings. The...server just shrugged it off when I showed my surprise. The one hour parking validation didn't work not the first time. Verdict: no need to return to this location, or Jack Astor's for that matter.
