The thing that really impressed me is that the people that take your order outside actually had heaters out there for them. What a great company that cares about their employees. Everyone was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. We will be back when we are in the area.
This is not your typical high quality food Chick fil a. I have given the 95th and Metcalf location a few tries because I was certain they must be having a bad day. Today I tried again and the food was horrible. Again. Stale bread. Again. Sandwich was cold. Again. Fries were crumbled and stale and cold. Again. Super disappointed especially since Chick fil a is known for their quality food. This location clearly has low standards
After speaking with Kevin Holman, I wish I could give ZERO stars. I accidently ordered my $12 meal at the wrong location and Kevin refused to have any empathy and understanding in giving me a refund. I explained to Kevin that I was at the end of my lunch so I wouldn't be able to commute to his location to pickup my food, so I re-ordered my food at the location I was at. I asked for a little bit of grace, as this isn't normal behavior for me. I am a rewards member, I spend about $50 a week at Chick-fil-a, and has never requested a refund from Chick-fil-a for as long as I have been dinning here. Kevin did not care one bit, he told me he just gave his employees raises so providing me with a $12 refund would be detrimental to Chick-fil-a. I hope the right person sees this and can provide additional training on soft skills to Kevin. I will be reaching out to corporate as well.
Had some hot and miss service, for dine in they forgot our kid drink and fountain drink but were fast with delivering food and getting the beverages. Has a cute little kid area and was very clean, but can use a few more toy options (as one of the big bins was empty)Kid-friendliness: Has kids table for playing but bathrooms don’t have step stools for littles
Four regular drive thru orders received their food before I received my mobile drive thru order. Otherwise, good.
